Because we limit each circle to only 12 guests, every seat is prepared with care. Please review our policies before booking:

Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made 22 days or more before the event date.

Late Cancellations: Within the 22-day window, deposits become non-refundable as we begin the custom curation of your refreshments and Care Bag.

Gifting Your Seat: If you find you cannot make it within the 22-day window, you are welcome to gift your seat to a friend! Please just email us with their name so we can update our guest list.

No-Shows: To respect the intimacy of the group and the preparation involved, no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience with your coconut soy wax wooden wick candles from Glo Candle Bar Co., follow these guidelines. Each candle includes a safety label at the bottom for your reference.
- Trim the Wick: Keep the wooden wick trimmed to 1/8 inch before each use to prevent excessive flickering and smoking.
- Burn in a Safe Area: Always burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials and drafts.
- Keep Away from Children and Pets: Ensure candles are out of reach to avoid accidents.
- Do Not Burn for Too Long: Limit burn sessions to 3-4 hours to prevent the candle from overheating and creating a large flame.
- Never Leave Unattended: Always stay nearby while your candle is burning. Extinguish it if you need to leave the room.
- Keep the Wax Pool Clean: Regularly remove any debris from the melted wax to ensure a clean burn.
