What is Sensory Wellness?

Sensory wellness is the practice of using our five senses
— sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste —
to regulate our nervous system and return to a state of calm. In a world of digital noise and constant hustle, our Sensory Wellness Bar offers a "sanctuary for the senses," where you can quiet your mind by focusing on the physical.

The Sensory Journey

Phase 1: The Mindful Scent Discovery

Before the making begins, we find our centre. You will be guided through a curated smelling ritual featuring 4–6 signature scent profiles.

Instead of a quick sniff, we invite you to close your eyes and notice how each note resonates with your energy. Does it ground you, or does it lift you up? This intentional process ensures your candle is a true reflection of the mood you wish to cultivate.

Your candle needs a home that reflects your style. While we provide our signature premium glass jars, designed for a perfect, clean burn, the exterior is your canvas.

You’ll have the opportunity to hand-paint your vessel with mindful strokes or choose from our collection of intention-based labels to finish your design.

Under the guidance of our Glo-pros, you will blend your chosen aromatherapy oils into our sustainable, creamy coconut-soy wax.

As you hand-pour the wax into your custom vessel, watch the transformation as your intentions take physical form. This is your moment of "The Slow Down."

While your creation begins to set, the "Bar" experience begins. Sip on our rotating selection of botanical mocktails or herbal teas.

Use this time to connect with your community, practice a little mindfulness, or simply enjoy the glow of the space.

Intentional Scents: We prioritize "clean-scents" that impact mood and well-being. Using a premium blend of essential oils and phthalate-free fragrance, we ensure your scent is safe, restorative, and free from harsh synthetic chemicals.

Artistic Mindfulness: Your vessel is your canvas. By hand-painting your jar or selecting intention-based labels, you engage in tactile art therapy to complement your pour.

Clean Composition: Our candles are a "breath of fresh air." We use 100% sustainable coconut-soy wax and lead-free wicks, ensuring your wellness journey is as clean as it is beautiful.

A Slow-Down Space: This isn’t a race to the finish line. It’s about the tea you sip, the music you hear, and the community you build while your candle cures.

What is the "Sensory Reset" experience?

This is a curated, mindful workshop designed to engage all your senses.

You will participate in a guided "blind scent selection" where you choose your fragrance based on intuition rather than labels.

You will hand-pour your own 8oz coconut wax candle and enjoy a luxury tea service with warm eucalyptus towels.

We use a 50/50 deposit structure to make our workshops accessible while securing the high-quality materials for your custom kit.

Your $40 deposit (HST included) locks in your seat, with the remaining $40 balance due one week before the event.

Full Refunds: You can receive a full refund of your payment if you cancel 22 days or more before the event.

For the upcoming event: Cancel on or before January 31, 2026.

Within 21 Days: Because we must secure the venue and materials in advance, we cannot offer refunds within this window.

Ticket Transfers: If you can’t make it, your ticket is fully transferable! Simply send us the name of the friend who will be taking your spot so we can update our guest list.
